Stop Bumping your Models on Huggingface, its getting annoying

This goes for all these corpo's trying to make their models look more popular and closer to the top of the huggingface first page. They dont get a good response on release so just time after time keep editing the README for no reason other than clearly making it look like the models updated or newly released so on huggingface the repo looks new, so you have to go through pages and pages to find new models that actualy are new.
Rant over, hahaha.
